Our home ground is lower and mid-market companies, roughly €20M to €500M revenue. In a large-cap portfolio we’re most useful at company level: a mid-sized company or bolt-on with an AI proposal on the desk, a carve-out building its own systems, or one decision where you want a read from someone with nothing to sell.

Honest fit
One company at a time, not a portfolio platform.
A large-cap fund tends to have in-house data and AI capability, and its larger companies their own data teams and platforms. We don’t replace either, and we don’t offer a portfolio-wide platform.
Where we fit is narrower, and still useful: a company of a size we know well, an add-on before it joins the platform, a carve-out standing up its own CRM, billing and finance, or a decision where an internal read would be marking its own homework.
We’d rather tell you where we don’t fit than sell you a read you don’t need.

Not as a platform, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We read one company at a time, on the same method, so where you use us the results are comparable.
Our portfolio company has its own data team. Why bring you in?
You shouldn’t, unless the decision needs a read from someone outside the project. The data team stays the owner of the estate and the fixes; we provide evidence nobody can call self-marked.
Do you work with very large estates?
We work from exports. Where the systems are too large or too live for standard exports to capture what matters, we’ll say so on the first call, before anything is sent.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, that never moves with the verdict. It is a small fraction of the proposal it tests; if it wouldn’t be, we’ll tell you on the call. Our first clients get a founding rate in exchange for a private reference call once they’re happy with the work, only with their consent. We never name a client, fund or target publicly without written consent.
