For CROs
A vendor wants an AI agent on your pipeline. Check the pipeline first.
An agent acting on your CRM acts on whatever is in it: accounts billing has never heard of, deals that never became invoices, owners who left months ago. We compare the CRM with billing and HR, record by record, and give you a Truth Score™ (a score out of 100 for how far your data can be trusted) and the red flags, before the vendor finds them, or doesn’t.
Starts with a 30-minute call. Commits you to nothing.
The gaps an agent would act on, between CRM, billing and HR. Illustrative example, not a client.
Real sample
See what comes back before you book. A full Truth Score Read on 72,837 records in 7 exports from CRM, finance and HR. It scored 59 out of 100, Band C, significant work needed: 823 finance customers with no CRM account, and only 13% of deals reconcile to invoices.

CRO · The moment
The agent in the demo ran on clean sample data. Yours would run on your CRM.
Sound familiar?
Reps log what they need to get paid, and not much else.
Accounts change hands when people leave, and the CRM doesn’t always hear about it.
Finance bills customers that sales has never logged.
Once an agent starts emailing customers and moving deals, its mistakes go out under your name.

Questions
What CROs ask first.
What a revenue leader asks before an agent gets write access to the pipeline.
Book the callOur CRM looks clean. Why compare it with billing?
Every system looks clean on its own. The truth is in the gaps between them: customers active in the CRM with no billing account, closed-won deals with no matching invoice, accounts owned by people HR shows as gone. Only matching records between systems finds those.
Which exports do you need?
Accounts, contacts, deals and owners from the CRM; customers and invoices from billing; a list of people with start and leave dates from HR. We send the exact field list first.
Will this kill the vendor deal?
Only if the data can’t support it. The memo can say sign, fix first or walk away, and where part of the pipeline holds, it names the segment to start with, so the deal can go ahead on the data that is ready.
Which CRMs do you work with?
Any CRM that exports to CSV or Excel, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Pipedrive and Zoho. The system guides show what we look for in each.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, agreed before we start, that never moves with the verdict. It is a small fraction of the proposal it tests; if it wouldn’t be, we’ll tell you on the call. Our first clients get a founding rate in exchange for a private reference call once they’re happy with the work, only with their consent. We never name a client, fund or target publicly without written consent.
