Tool · Calculator
What is bad data costing you? Your numbers, not ours.
A plain sum, shown in full. You set every number, including the ones most calculators hide. The result is an estimate from your inputs: not a benchmark, and not a finding about your company.
Nothing you type leaves your browser.
The calculator
Four lines. Every assumption on the page.
The starting values are placeholders to show how the sums work. They are not averages or benchmarks, and they are not anyone’s real figures. Replace each with your own; the estimate updates as you type.
A second pair of eyes
Send us your estimate. We’ll tell you which line to check first.
The link to your numbers comes with the form, so we can read exactly what you entered. We’ll reply with the input we would test first and how a Truth Score Read would count it.
- A reply from [email protected], not a sales sequence
- Your numbers stay yours: we only see what you send
- The calculator keeps working whether you send or not
Read it honestly
What this number is, and what it isn’t.
It is
Your own assumptions, multiplied out.
A way to see which assumption drives the total, and which conversation to have first. Change one input and watch what moves.
It isn’t
A benchmark or a measurement.
No industry averages sit behind it, and nothing is compared with other companies. If someone quotes it back to you as a fact, it isn’t one.
What replaces the guesses
Counts from your own records.
The share of bad records is the input that is hardest to know without counting. A Truth Score Read counts it, along with the gaps between your systems, from your exports.
Questions
About the calculator.
How the sums work, where the starting values come from, and what happens to what you type.
Book the callWhere do the starting values come from?
Nowhere in particular. They are placeholders so the sums show something when the page loads. They are not industry averages or benchmarks, and they are not taken from any company. Replace every one with your own.
Why is the AI budget not added to the total?
Because it isn’t a cost of bad data. It is spend whose results depend on data nobody has checked. Some of it may be fine. Adding it to the total would inflate the number, so it is shown separately.
How accurate is the estimate?
Exactly as accurate as your inputs. The arithmetic is simple and shown in full. The weakest input is the share of bad records, because it is hard to know without counting.
How do I replace my guesses with real figures?
A Truth Score Read takes exports from two or more of your systems, matches the customers, people, deals and invoices between them, and counts what is actually duplicated, missing or unmatched, within 5 working days of complete exports. It doesn’t produce a cost figure; it gives you measured counts to put into one. See a real sample memo.
Is anything I type sent to you?
No. The calculator runs in your browser and sends nothing. The numbers are kept in the page address so you can copy the link and share them. Only if you choose to send us your estimate do we receive the link to your numbers with your details.
Stop estimating. Count it.
Exports from two or more systems, compared record by record. The real duplicate, missing and unmatched counts in a signed memo, within 5 working days of complete exports.
Starts with a 30-minute call. Commits you to nothing.
