Remediation roadmap
A remediation roadmap is a prioritised list of data fixes, each with an owner, an effort estimate and a “done when” test, written to hand to your own team or any outside firm.

In plain terms
Finding problems is half the job. A remediation roadmap is the other half: what to fix, in what order, who owns it, how long it takes, and how you’ll know it’s done.
Every item is tied to what it unblocks: give every customer one ID across CRM and billing, which unblocks churn prediction and the retention target in the plan. Items that unblock nothing the business wants are ranked low, however untidy they look.
Each item carries an owner (a team, not a vendor), an effort range and a test for done, such as “every active customer has one ID in both systems”. The test matters most: it lets anyone check the fix without trusting whoever did it.
Written this way, the roadmap doubles as a brief. Hand it to your own team, or to any outside firm, and quotes can be compared like for like.
DataTruth writes the roadmap and never does the work, and takes no referral fees or commissions from whoever does. Every Truth Score Read ends with a short fix list; every AI Investment Review with the full roadmap.

Questions
Remediation roadmap, answered.
The questions people ask about Remediation roadmap, answered in plain English.
Book the callWill DataTruth carry out the remediation?
No. We never fix what we find and take no referral fees or commissions from the firms that do. The roadmap is written to hand to your own team or any firm you choose.
How is the roadmap prioritised?
By what each fix unblocks in your plan or proposal, then by effort. A quick fix that unblocks a priority AI play goes first.
How do we know a fix is done?
Each item has a “done when” test written in terms of the records, so it can be checked by anyone. AI Value Tracking re-reads it quarterly if you want an independent check.
